Nick Wilson is the founding director of the company who has gained over 27+ years of experience, knowledge and skills in the construction and property sector. Nick prides himself on being professional, highly motivate, successfully driven and committed in providing an independent and impartial service.

Nick has been involved in a vast range of projects from minor residential refurbishment work to multi-million dollar commercial projects both in the United Kingdom and New Zealand all of different size and complexity.

Nicks had a diverse range of roles whilst being in the industry from Carpentry, Site Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, Estimator, Property Inspector and most recently Commercial Manager for Arrow International and Lecturer at Otago Polytechnic.

Nicks exceptional experience working in the industry and the depth of knowledge he has gained in that time, coupled with his expertise in multiple fields and sectors, means that any prospective client can be confident in his ability to deliver and create a successful outcome.
